Betting Rules

These Betting Rules explain the general conditions that apply when you place a bet with Pistolo Casino. They should be read together with the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. The rules are intended to help players understand how bets are accepted, recorded, settled and reviewed. Specific markets, products or promotional offers may have additional rules, which will be displayed where relevant before a bet is placed.

Pistolo Casino operates under a licence issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, reference number ALSI-202411077-FI2, and uses SSL encryption alongside RNG technology verified by independent auditors.

1. General betting conditions

By opening an account, using the betting service or placing a bet, you agree to comply with these Betting Rules and the other rules that apply to your account. You are responsible for reading the information shown on the relevant betting page before confirming a bet. If you do not understand a market, selection, price, stake, settlement method or other condition, do not place the bet until you have obtained clarification through the available support channels.

Bets may only be placed by an eligible account holder who is legally permitted to use online gambling services in their location. You must provide accurate and current information when registering and must keep your account details up to date. An account must be used only by the person to whom it belongs. You must not allow another person to access your account, place bets for you or use your payment method without permission.

Pistolo Casino may apply identity, age, location, payment, security and responsible gambling checks. A bet or transaction may be delayed, declined, restricted or reviewed while a check is being completed. You must cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Where information cannot be verified, or where an account appears to breach applicable rules, account activity may be limited in accordance with the governing terms.

  • You must be of the legal gambling age applicable to you and must use the service only where online gambling is lawful.
  • You must not place bets while using another person's account or provide false, misleading or incomplete information.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, collusion, money laundering or any other prohibited purpose.
  • You are responsible for checking that your bet details are correct before confirming the bet.
  • You should keep your login information secure and notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Placing and accepting bets

A bet is normally submitted through the betting interface by selecting a market, selection and stake, then confirming the bet. A bet is not accepted merely because a selection, price or betting slip is visible on screen. Acceptance occurs only when the bet has been recorded by the betting system and a confirmation is displayed or otherwise provided. You should check your account history to confirm the status of any bet.

Displayed prices, odds and market information may change before a bet is accepted. A price shown on a betting slip is not necessarily the final price. Depending on the market and the settings presented, you may be asked to accept a change before the bet is submitted. If a technical issue, obvious error or interruption affects a bet, the bet may be rejected, voided, corrected or reviewed under the applicable rules.

You should not repeatedly submit the same bet because a confirmation is delayed. A delay may mean that the bet is being processed rather than rejected. Multiple accepted bets may remain valid even if they were placed because of a communication or display issue. If you believe that a bet has been duplicated or recorded incorrectly, retain the relevant information and raise the matter through the available support process.

Betting limits and restrictions

Minimum and maximum stakes, market limits and account restrictions may apply. Limits can vary by product, market, selection, event, account or other relevant factor. The applicable limit will generally be shown during the betting process, but may be changed or applied before acceptance. A bet may be partially accepted where the requested stake exceeds an available limit, provided the system indicates the accepted amount.

Pistolo Casino may refuse, restrict or limit a bet where permitted by the applicable terms. This may include circumstances involving security concerns, suspected misuse, technical problems, market integrity issues, responsible gambling concerns or a breach of these rules. A restriction does not necessarily indicate that any particular outcome is more or less likely.

3. Results, settlement and changes

Bets are settled using the official result or result source applicable to the relevant market. The settlement method may depend on the sport, event, game, competition or product. Information displayed during an event may be provisional and may not be the final basis for settlement. If an official result is corrected, withdrawn or changed in accordance with the relevant rules, a settlement may be amended where appropriate.

Different markets can have different definitions of a winning, losing, void or postponed outcome. For example, a market may depend on the result at the end of scheduled play, a particular period, an officially recognised finish or another stated condition. You must read the market description and any event-specific rules before placing a bet. If a market does not clearly explain how it will be settled, avoid placing the bet until the position is clear.

  • A winning bet is settled according to the accepted price and the applicable market rules.
  • A losing bet is settled when the outcome does not satisfy the stated winning condition.
  • A void bet is cancelled and handled according to the relevant rules, which may include returning the stake or removing the affected selection from a combination bet.
  • A postponed, abandoned or rescheduled event may be treated differently depending on the market and the time or date conditions that apply.
  • If a result or market is affected by an obvious error, settlement may be reviewed and corrected in accordance with the applicable terms.
  • Where an event, participant or market is incorrectly described, the operator may review the affected bets and take reasonable corrective action.

Multiple and combination bets

A combination bet is made up of two or more selections. The result of the combination depends on the rules for each selection and the type of bet placed. If one selection is void, the remaining selections may continue under the applicable combination rules. If a bet includes related selections that should not have been combined, it may be rejected, adjusted or settled under the relevant product rules. The bet slip and market information should be checked carefully before confirmation.

Cash out and early settlement features

Where an early settlement, cash out or similar feature is offered, its availability is not guaranteed. The feature may be unavailable before, during or after an event and may be suspended because of market movement, delays, technical issues or other reasons. A request is effective only when confirmed by the system. A displayed offer can change or disappear before acceptance, and the final settled amount is the amount shown in the confirmed transaction.

4. Errors, complaints and responsible betting

Obvious errors and technical incidents

An obvious error may include an incorrect price, duplicated market, clearly incorrect event information, a technical display error or another mistake that a reasonable player would recognise as incorrect. Bets affected by an obvious error may be cancelled, corrected to the intended price or otherwise handled under the applicable terms. The relevant circumstances, available records and market information may be considered when reviewing the issue.

No system can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Internet connections, device settings, maintenance, software faults and other events may affect access to the betting service. You should not rely on a screen display alone as evidence that a bet was accepted. The operator's transaction records will generally be used to determine whether a bet was submitted, accepted, amended, cancelled or settled, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

Raising a query or complaint

If you believe that a bet has been recorded, settled or displayed incorrectly, review your account history and contact support through the available channels as soon as reasonably possible. Include the relevant bet reference, date, market, selection, stake and a clear explanation of the concern. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Queries will be reviewed using available account and transaction records, and further information may be requested.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a review, follow the complaints process described in the applicable Terms and Conditions. Any external escalation or dispute process that may apply will depend on the service, location and relevant legal requirements.

Responsible betting

Betting should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to earn income or recover losses. Only bet with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you play, take regular breaks and avoid chasing losses. Do not bet when affected by alcohol, drugs, stress or other circumstances that may impair your judgement. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, and previous results do not guarantee future results.

  • Set personal deposit, spending or session limits where those tools are available.
  • Consider taking a break or requesting account restrictions if betting is becoming difficult to control.
  • Do not borrow money, sell belongings or use essential household funds to place bets.
  • Seek independent support if gambling is causing financial, personal, work or emotional difficulties.
  • If you are concerned about your gambling, stop betting and use the responsible gambling information and support options available in your location.

These Betting Rules may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service, products, legal requirements or operational practices. The version available when a bet is accepted will generally apply to that bet, unless a correction or other treatment is required by the applicable terms or law. Please check this page regularly and read all information presented before placing a bet.
